Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing dashboard. Upgrades pro-rate immediately so you only pay the difference; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep what you paid for.
What happens if my card payment fails?
Our payment processor retries automatically over the next few days, and you'll get an email immediately so you can update the card. If we still can't collect, your account drops to the Free tier — your audit history is preserved, you just lose paid features until billing is restored.
Is yearly billing committed for the full year?
No — you can cancel any time from your billing dashboard. We don't issue refunds for unused months on yearly plans, but your access stays active through the period you've paid for.
Do credits roll over each month?
Monthly credits reset on your billing anniversary. Unused credits don't roll over. The Free plan resets on the calendar month.
What's white-label branding on the Agency plan?
Replace atlookup branding with your own across shared report links, client emails, and PDF exports. Set your logo, brand color, sender name, and footer once — it applies everywhere clients see content.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. atlookup is a digital service that begins delivering value immediately at signup — credits are provisioned, audits run, reports are stored — so we don't issue refunds for completed billing cycles. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges; access continues through the period you've already paid for.
