The Free plan
Our Free plan requires no credit card and carries no charge. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time, or delete your account from your settings.
Cancelling a paid plan
Paid plans (Pro and Agency) renew automatically — monthly or yearly, depending on the billing cycle you chose. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard, with no need to email or call us.
When you cancel:
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period you’ve already paid for.
- You won’t be charged again — auto-renewal stops.
- At the end of the period, your account moves to the Free plan; your projects and history remain subject to Free-plan limits.
Cancelling simply turns off the next renewal. It does not end your access early or trigger a refund for the time you’ve already paid for.
Refunds
Because you can try atlookup fully on the Free plan before paying, and because you can cancel anytime to stop future charges, we do not provide refunds for the unused portion of a billing period that has already been paid — whether monthly or yearly.
This means we don’t pro-rate or partially refund a plan when you cancel mid-cycle; instead, you keep full access until that period ends. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the next renewal.

Billing errors & duplicate charges
We always make billing right. If you were charged in error, charged twice, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or were unable to use the Service because of a fault on our side, contact us and we’ll investigate and refund the affected amount where appropriate.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where the law gives you a mandatory right to a refund or a cancellation/withdrawal period — for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK — those rights apply regardless of the general policy above.
If you believe you’re entitled to a refund under such a right, contact us and we’ll honor it.
How payments work
Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Card details live only with that processor — we never see or store your card. Refunds, where due, are returned to the original payment method via the same processor and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. When we do, we’ll revise the Last updated date above. Material changes are communicated in line with our Terms and Privacy Policy.
