What is an Open Graph preview?
When you share a link on Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Slack, or WhatsApp, the platform reads your page’s Open Graph (and Twitter card) meta tags to build the preview card — the image, title, and description people see. Get these wrong and your link looks broken or plain; get them right and it earns more clicks.
How to use this tool
- Type your title, description, page URL, and image URL.
- Switch between Facebook, X, and LinkedIn to preview each card.
- Copy the generated Open Graph + Twitter meta tags into your page’s
<head>.
Image tips
Use a 1200×630px image (1.91:1) for the best result across platforms. Keep important text away from the edges, and host the image on a public HTTPS URL.
